A Drake (Cathak only) is 500 soldiers.

A Wing is 250 soldiers

A Talon is 25 soldiers.

A Scale is 5 soldiers.

The higher numbered Drakes and Wings are more likely to have the Warden or Wardens.

Captain Penter is Commander of the First Talon of the Second Wing of the Second Imperial Legion. This indicates he's fighting for the Empire, not House Peleps.
