Special: The Bey of Trepezund considers his local empire to be a key ally of the Dragon Empire (but does the Empire agree?).

Trepezundia was fairly well-defended during the war, but that didn’t prevent several incursions; plus, the diversion of resources from running the local empire to aiding the Dragon Empire led to an overall increase of lawlessness, uprisings, etc. Most of which have been forcibly settled down at this point.
