First Impressions: Uniform gray housing at odds with the ancient setting tells the tale of the destruction wrought by Corwin and Bleys' assault on Kolvir, as small plaques attest. A small burned-out section of terraces is kept as a reminder of the folly of internecine rivalry and the scars it has left on the city. A few more expensive homes remain on a solitary hilltop as a stark reminder of the beautiful construction this Ward was once known for.

Much of this ward was destroyed during Patternfall, first as a consequence of Corwin and Bleys' assault (which seemingly widowed half of the district overnight), and later when Mandor's army passed through. Revisionist history blames more of the devastation on Corwin and Bleys than is perhaps fair. While they had a significant economic impact on the neighborhood, Chaos's assault was the final blow. A small section of the original style of homes has been preserved in one corner of the ward, and Damien's home is located here.

At one time, Johann Payne replaced every historical plaque in the district with what he felt was a more authentic account of the Ward's history. This precipitated an argument between himself and Damien, who paid to have the plaques restored. Johann stormed off after that argument, and has not lived in this district since.
