DescriptionThe home of House Heldt is an unforgiving shadow, with most of the world shrouded in snow and ice. Clans of warriors constantly vie on the surface for the few habitable areas, always aware that they are under scrutiny from the very gods themselves. For far above the clouds on the highest peak on the world, the war-maiden Ros sits in her hall, sending out her warriors to choose the best among them for wars beyond the ken of mortal men. When chosen, the warriors are trained in a grueling exercise. Many perish in trying to succeed, but the ones that survive are accorded entry into the great mountain citadel of Ros, and augmented to make them more than their mortal kin. Within the mountain citadel, conditions are better than in the outside world, but only just, as the warriors of House Heldt live a Spartan existence, constantly training and honing their skills for any service they may give to House Heldt and to the Armies of Chaos.
