First Impressions: Once Amber's bustling slums, the buildings and sanitation have felt the benefit of Mandor's Edict, though as a result many of the poorer tenants have been evicted and ended up in Reek. Overlooks the Eastern Escarpment and near cliffs with vast populations of sea birds. Bird droppings are a constant hazard, but the resulting guano fetches good prices in the markets of Jagger Circle as fertiliser.
