First Impressions: Clusters of residential flats elbow for room among the jewelers' shops, cloth warehouses and tailors that make up Kempster Street. It is one of the few lower tier wards with lighting, maintained by the ubiquitous lamplighters. There are also some fountains here, though no-one would recommend you drink the brackish water.
