Bald on top of his head, but with a ring of well trimmed white hair on the sides. Very much overweight, wearing a dark suit and thin black tie. Thick lips, and a large nose. He speaks slowly, with a lot of deliberate emphasis. Member of the Bar Association of Amber, specializing in property law and legal strongarm tactics. Retains the services of Alois Lowenstein.
