LovisaBarimen The card depicts a woman in explorer's garb and stout boots, standing foursquare under a stone arch. She is stocky of build, strong of feature; her light brown hair is bound at the nape of the neck, and piercing grey eyes look out from under the brim of her bush hat. The arch is laced with vines and is evidently part of an ancient building, now ruinous; under the vines cryptic carvings can be made out. Beyond her is a wide horizon and a sky streaky with sunrise. (Trump by Claudio Barimen) Lovisa is the maverick of the Chaosian Barimens. Ferociously intelligent, her passion is for knowledge, her search for it wide-ranging and unrelenting. Alone of the younger Barimens, she has established her own Ways, from which she launches periodic expeditions into Shadow. She is fluent in a multitude of languages and writing systems. She has spent a good deal of her time in obscure and hazardous corners of the multiverse, living in the most primitive conditions. Chaosian politics interest her not at all. Given that, she really doesn't see the use of trying to act like a "lady"; she is up-front, unpretentious, loud, and blunt to the point of rudeness.
