Tarquin Baccaran : The Head of House Baccaran, Haut Maître Tarquin has managed to maintain his position by knowing where the bodies are buried in his own House. His relations with Paloma, whether they are allies or rivals, are the subject of speculation in Chaosian diplomatic circles far beyond Baccaran. |
