LordTujuraneFeldane

House Feldane has seen an unfortunate turn since Oberon's first disappearance. Centuries ago one of the richest estates in Amber, Feldane now exists mostly on momentum. The manor house, a huge affair with two wings and four storey, is in a state of disrepair; the formal gardens are untended, the pathways crumbling; and land once devoted to hunting and leisurely walks is now leased out to tenant farmers. Unlike many other noble families that also experienced hard times in Amber, House Feldane has managed to avoid selling any of its relics or heirlooms and continues to try to give the impression of wealth, even if that means meager rations for Lord Feldane and his servants.

The greatest asset of House Feldane is their library, perhaps the finest private library in Amber. Filled with some volumes so old as to be in danger of turning to dust, the Feldane Library also boasts magical grimoires, maps of hundreds of shadow worlds along the Golden Circle, extensive treatises on various maths and sciences, and even scrolls penned by Dworkin himself that predate The Book of the Unicorn. The Feldanes always had a scholarly bent, symbolized by the scroll on their coat-of-arms.

Tujurane Ibold Elfant Feldane the Fourth is all that is left of this once influential and prosperous family. A noted bachelor, Tujurane was also a surprising hero of the Patternfall War due to his military competence. A genuinely humble man, Lord Feldane is still rather awkward in social situations. Lord Feldane appears to be in his forties, with curled blonde hair and a wide, honest face.
