  James Finder Nova. Private Investigator. Known powers- some sort of instinct that enables him to locate objects. Has exhibited heightened physical prowess. Not from the area, so presence is suspect. However, he is in general not an advocate of violence, so is most likely not a threat.

Blitz (Paul Mitchell)

Nova. Delivery specialist for the rich, famous, and powerful of Night City. Known powers- super speed, regeneration. Barely caught a glimpse of him on photorecall, so not sure if he had a package to deliver to the area. Suggest questioning if possible.

Threat Level: Low, but possibility of threat from delivery.
[Greg Olansk] Greg Olansk Supporter of Melinkov from all of his various causes. Usually a behind the scenes man, getting opinions and gauging the mood of the crowd. The woman with him is unknown.

Threat Level: Low
[Guardian] Guardian (Lara Schlero) Edgerunner. A bodyguard for hire. Very efficient, very costly, and very deadly. Extensive cyber replacements, and training. Cross check says that she is probably head of security, and actions at the scene back this up.

Threat Level: Low
[Philip Long] Philip Long Panamanian mercenary; has ties with Militech. Heavily cybered edgerunner, used in many Central American conflicts. Very dangerous; has 1 Nova kill to his name. However, does not do wetwork, so it is probable that his presence is just a coincidence, especially since he operates out of the area, and the two children are his neices.

Threat Level: Moderate
[Radical] Radical (Thomas Gannt) Nova. Known powers of persuasion, strength, and energy emission, and illusion. Seems to be organizing the outnumbered pro-Teragen contingent in the crowd. Is a bit of a loose cannon, so may be organizing the hit on his own, but unlikely. The man holding him up is unknown.

Shen Zhiheng

Handle: Deng Suren ('Sure Death')
Known Aliases: Liu Farui, Li Kainuo
General Description: Chinese male, early to mid 30s. Black hair and eyes. Innocuous features; can fit in anywhere. People tend to forget his exact description. 5'7" to 5'9", medium build, about 150 to 180#.
Other Information: Apparent master of disguise, etiquette, and societal graces. Never apprehended. Commands a high price for his services, though has not apparently changed his lifestyle as his rates increased. Very paranoid, and very good at infiltrating organizations. Top picture is from the Luciani hit in West Hills where he is the alleged shooter, though the graniness of the photo and the NCPD jacket he is wearing has lent doubt to the fact that he even did the hit, or this is even the shooter.

e Night City Bank Branch Chinatown Branch. One of the largest not in the business sector.

g Yen Shen Sing Park Large park with many tributes to china (statues, etc.)
h Main Entrance Gates Open during the day, closed at night. Large steel gates guard the entrance, and a guard station is to the left of the gate.
i West Entrance Gate Open all the time, this gate is controlled- only residents have access.
j Back Service Entrance Closed all the time; only service types of goers are allowed to use this gate. The van has a code.

Note that there is an exit on the roof, and an exit below the communications center into the access ducts.
