Felix goes from project to project and from location to location; he spends his typical day in meetings from reps of one or two galleries, then the bulk of the day in his car or on the phone, going from place to place, hitting up artists and collectors for art pieces, gambling his way through the great casinos, and rubbing shoulders with the jet set.

But at night...

At night, he retires to his loft apartment which is rearranged for whatever his project will be for that day or week; whether exercise or painting, building silencers or tools, or perhaps even lounging around in the dappled sunlight from the shuttered windows. A separate, secret room holds the bulletin boards and drawing table and computer crammed with details of the next heist, when the project du jour doesn't hold enough fascination for him.

Even when he's out of town, away from the locked and alarmed fortress of his main lair, he's set up similar, smaller nooks in cities all over the world in order to maintain his constant, uninterrupted routine.
