AvendellsSwordA sword wielded by Avendell, which was extremely evil. It had some water-based powers, when thrown into the water it could cause a massive wave in the sea, capable of capsizing a shop. the sword could then return to its wielder. It was originally wielded by Avendell until he was slain by Blake. Dominic then examined the sword and kept it for a brief time, until it started howling and summoning a storm to its location, even to the point of having the storm follow it. Blake was able to suppress this ability long enough for Dominic to teleport the sword to shore, where he left it. Beaudreaux? went ashore to locate it where he left it and found it being worshipped by kobolds. He took the sword and was able to command the kobolds, ordering them to return the baby they had stolen. He then used it to slaughter several dozen kobolds. At this point the sword attempted to take him over, but failed, though it was a close thing. Blake suppressed the sword again, and Kaz used his forging implements to shatter the sword while it was suppressed. When unsuppressed, it turned into a demon and fled towards Home of Death? after vowing revenge. |
