William III, Prince of Davril (William Michael Richard Phokas)

Son of Michael II Prince of Davril and his 2nd and his much younger, beautiful wife Theosia. When Michael fell to Byzantine forces at the battle of Corithe Theosia fled with her young son to Amber and was granted asylum by Oberon. Davril fell soon afterwards leaving the young Prince without a kingdom. William has grown up mostly in Amber as an expatriate noble but in the last several years has had some unusual absences, rumor says he has traveled incognito to either Davril, Byzantium or both. Currently he has started taking a stronger hand in the family's buisness and has started to push for Amber's assitance in reclaiming Davril.

Appearance

William is an average size young man with black hair and dark eyes. He is always known to wear the blue, gold and white of the Royal House of Davril.

Residences

The family owns two residences in Amber, a large townhome which backs up to a wharehouse near the port and a smaller mostly unused villa part way up the mountain.
